Our Story
We are a research, production and sales company working in integrated housing. Our main output is galvanised-steel framed accommodation: double-wing expansion units, standard folding houses, prefabricated container houses and bespoke container builds.
Our production standard is set above the domestic and international standards we are measured against, and the parts we make are sized around sea containers rather than around the drawing board. Frames, floors, plumbing, wiring, doors, windows and bathroom fittings are installed on the line; the roof is waterproofed in two separate layers with corrugated sheet between them.
We control the work in twelve inspection steps before dispatch, including a full electrical test, a live water test and a final folded-and-wrapped check. That is how a unit arrives complete enough to be lived in almost as soon as it is unfolded.
