The Z-Type is a modular prefabricated house built on an innovative Z-shaped folding hinge and completed in the factory. Folding compresses the volume sharply, which cuts sea and land freight and storage cost.

On site it unfolds by hand — no complicated tooling. A high-strength galvanized steel frame with insulated sandwich wall panels gives waterproof, fire-resistant, thermally insulated and wind- and earthquake-resistant performance, and the unit can be disassembled and reused repeatedly.
